About the role

  • Develop and optimize NLP/CV algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of content understanding pipelines.
  • Build scalable models (e.g., BERT, GPT, ViT, CLIP) and bring them into production.
  • Partner with product and data teams to diagnose business challenges and design data-driven solutions.
  • Track cutting-edge research and explore novel algorithms for real-world applications in content understanding.
  • Drive system improvements that enhance moderation, recommendation and search workflow

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or above in Computer Science, AI, EE, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++ and familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning and hands-on experience with common models in NLP and/or CV.
  • Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks (Hadoop/Spark/Flink is a plus).
  • 2+ years of algorithm/model development experience.
  • Background in content safety, recommendation or search systems is highly valued.
