Product Designer

• Lead the design of user experiences from concept through execution across key product areas and platforms including web and mobile.
• Take strong ownership and agency over design outcomes by crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel‑perfect UI components that balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish.
• Translate user research and business requirements into elegant, intuitive designs that solve real user problems and move business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to define product direction and iterate on designs quickly.
• Participate in design critiques and reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
• Advocate for the user across the product development process, driving alignment and clarity on design decisions.
• Conduct or partner on qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.
• Test and validate design solutions through usability studies, prototype testing, and iterative refinement.
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, pattern libraries, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Promote best practices in UI/UX design across the broader organization.
• Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements related to identity verification and account security

Data Analyst

• Own and drive end-to-end product analytics and experimentation for key consumer-facing products and initiatives
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments
• Partner with Product Managers to define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails for experiments and product launches
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and journeys
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain key product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics
• Ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation for new and existing product features
• Build analytical models or ML solutions where appropriate

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced front-end features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Deliver end-to-end development of web features, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Build modular and reusable UI components to support scalable front-end development
