QA Automation Engineer

• Own post-implementation relationships for 12–20 strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor from executive sponsors to hands-on operators
• Monitor and analyze product usage and engagement metrics to assess account health, identify risk, and surface expansion opportunities
• Partner with customer stakeholders to map organizational goals to functional initiatives and high-impact automation use cases
• Design, build, and deploy new workflows alongside customers, supporting end users through hands-on co-building and technical guidance

• Prepare and lead team based user trainings, requirements workshops, and co-building exercises with customers.
• Build, document, and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, training material, presentations, etc.
• Building & troubleshooting complex Parabola flows, including configuring new API connections (REST & GraphQL), SQL queries, and more.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by assisting with discovery sessions, leading product demos, & building proof of concepts with prospective customers.

• Own end-to-end implementation of GTM Ops projects across our GTM stack—you’ll have the surface area to build, ship, and iterate as a true owner.
• Maintain data quality, system hygiene, and reliable workflows across our wider tech stack (not just the CRM).
• Enable marketing team to succeed in communicating to prospects and customers at scale while maintaining best practices around domain health, enrichment, etc.
• Improve marketing attribution (first-touch + last-touch), including tracking standards and reporting.
• Build and improve 'source of truth' models that capture and surface prospect activity through the funnel (lead → opp → customer).
