About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers through various methods.
  • Prospecting: Drive outbound efforts to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Work with the data: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimise prospecting strategies.
  • Grow: Stay up to date with industry trends and understand the needs of our target audience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and explore different outreach strategies to create new opportunities.
  • Strong communicator in Italian (native or professional working proficiency) and English. Any other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to events and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
  • Post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calls and other proactive sales activities.
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce.
