Sales Development Representative, Italian Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers through various methods.
- Prospecting: Drive outbound efforts to generate and qualify new leads.
- Work with the data: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimise prospecting strategies.
- Grow: Stay up to date with industry trends and understand the needs of our target audience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Not afraid to pick up the phone and explore different outreach strategies to create new opportunities.
- Strong communicator in Italian (native or professional working proficiency) and English. Any other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to events and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
- Post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calls and other proactive sales activities.
- Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce.
