About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong working relationships with managers and act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters
- Provide day-to-day guidance on people management, performance, and team effectiveness
- Support delivery of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews)
- Partner with managers to understand team structures, capability gaps, and hiring needs
- Lead on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
- Support recruitment activity through workforce planning and manager guidance
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor key HR metrics and identify trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong working knowledge of employment law (multi-country experience desirable)
- Experience supporting employee relations cases end-to-end
- Ability to build credible relationships with managers
- Practical, solution-focused approach to HR challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the HR function
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
