About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong working relationships with managers and act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on people management, performance, and team effectiveness
  • Support delivery of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews)
  • Partner with managers to understand team structures, capability gaps, and hiring needs
  • Lead on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
  • Support recruitment activity through workforce planning and manager guidance
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor key HR metrics and identify trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law (multi-country experience desirable)
  • Experience supporting employee relations cases end-to-end
  • Ability to build credible relationships with managers
  • Practical, solution-focused approach to HR challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the HR function
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
