About the role

  • Help to respond to briefs to show how billups products/services can help clients achieve their goals in programmatic OOH
  • Set up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSP and proprietary platform
  • Report and analyze live campaign performance weekly and produce end-of-campaign reports
  • Independently monitor and pace campaigns; optimize as needed and troubleshoot common issues
  • Monitor campaign delivery (performance and pacing) and manage multiple clients
  • Communicate with clients confidently, handle basic difficult situations, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Assist in ensuring campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately in finance systems
  • Create campaign reports and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis
  • Use pipeline management tools and build case studies to assist revenue generation
  • Champion product offering and build understanding of competitors
  • Help determine media owner selection, pricing and volume; liaise with Trading team to execute supply/demand tactics

Requirements

  • Support programmatic teams account managers and director across campaign facets
  • Respond to briefs demonstrating billups products/services for programmatic OOH
  • Set up programmatic campaigns using targeting across DSP and proprietary platform
  • Report and analyze live campaign performance weekly and produce end-of-campaign reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ensure quality and consistency of work
  • Independently monitor, pace, and optimize campaigns; troubleshoot common issues
  • Understand commercial models and identify opportunities to improve margin
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and pacing across all platforms
  • Manage a range of clients; communicate with confidence and handle difficult situations
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Reconcile campaigns promptly and accurately in finance systems
  • Create campaign reports showing progress against KPIs; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis
  • Use pipeline management tools and build case studies
  • Understand, articulate and champion the product offering; build competitor understanding
