About the role
- Help to respond to briefs to show how billups products/services can help clients achieve their goals in programmatic OOH
- Set up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSP and proprietary platform
- Report and analyze live campaign performance weekly and produce end-of-campaign reports
- Independently monitor and pace campaigns; optimize as needed and troubleshoot common issues
- Monitor campaign delivery (performance and pacing) and manage multiple clients
- Communicate with clients confidently, handle basic difficult situations, and identify upsell opportunities
- Assist in ensuring campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately in finance systems
- Create campaign reports and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis
- Use pipeline management tools and build case studies to assist revenue generation
- Champion product offering and build understanding of competitors
- Help determine media owner selection, pricing and volume; liaise with Trading team to execute supply/demand tactics
Requirements
- Support programmatic teams account managers and director across campaign facets
- Respond to briefs demonstrating billups products/services for programmatic OOH
- Set up programmatic campaigns using targeting across DSP and proprietary platform
- Report and analyze live campaign performance weekly and produce end-of-campaign reports
- Strong attention to detail and ensure quality and consistency of work
- Independently monitor, pace, and optimize campaigns; troubleshoot common issues
- Understand commercial models and identify opportunities to improve margin
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and pacing across all platforms
- Manage a range of clients; communicate with confidence and handle difficult situations
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Reconcile campaigns promptly and accurately in finance systems
- Create campaign reports showing progress against KPIs; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis
- Use pipeline management tools and build case studies
- Understand, articulate and champion the product offering; build competitor understanding
- Help determine media owner selection, pricing, and volume; liaise with Trading team
