Responsible for the successful operation of the finance department including internal financial reporting, general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, tax compliance, client finance, and inventory accounting supervision of accounting staff and all tax audits.
Ensures ethics, financial clarity and transparency while recommending and leading initiatives to improve profits and relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in an agency or OOH environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience leading a finance team.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (Oracle, Accountability or similar).
Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Clear and concise communicator.
Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly with client contracts.
