About the role
- Assist in daily yard operations to ensure seamless logistics and vehicle preparation
- Implement and support efficient vehicle preparation and delivery processes
- Support analysis of operational trends and prepare activity reports
- Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and administrative teams for coordination
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure delivery quality; manage client expectations
- Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and flatbed kits and coordinate testing
- Provide guidance and support to team members and participate in training sessions
- Collect client feedback on vehicle readiness and suggest process improvements
- Contribute to operational goal-setting and support execution of strategies for efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in yard or logistics operations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- CDL A license is desirable
- Basic understanding of vehicle operations and logistics systems
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
