Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain and update Billor’s financial model, VDR’s, forecasts, and key performance dashboards.
• Support the preparation of monthly investor reports, internal financial reviews, and board materials.
• Lead initial investor outreach and communications, scheduling and conducting introductory meetings.
• Prepare financial decks, projections, and summaries for investor follow-ups.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate new initiatives, leasing programs, or SPV structures.
• Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Freight, Technology) to align financial data and metrics.
• Support due diligence and documentation during financing rounds and audits.
