About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a liaison between prenatal sales representatives and healthcare providers
- Drive successful implementation of EMR integration and ensure healthcare providers’ offices can easily access UNITY
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and hospital/system IT departments to integrate BillionToOne products
- Develop and maintain expertise in all BillionToOne EMR solutions and optimize solution offerings and implementation processes
- Develop and execute implementation plans for on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, change management, Go-Live Support, Post Go-Live Support planning, and legal agreement coordination
- Coordinate Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams
- Provide end-user training
- Own live customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for integration issues and changes
- Educate sales teams and external clients on EMR Integration
- Navigate and champion IT project requests
- Work with sales representatives to evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
- Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and end-to-end EMR integration
- Proven healthcare project management experience managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- Experience building effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
- Very tech-savvy; previous technical-role experience is a plus
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional internal and external teams and manage expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US
- Experience with HL7 FHIR is a nice-to-have
- Existing IT contacts at health systems/IDNs are a nice-to-have
