About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and product enhancements, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate sophisticated clinical products into clear, compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, leave-behinds, trade show materials, advertisements, press releases, and other commercial assets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy organizations, and other external stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging and flawless commercial execution. Serve as the primary product marketing resource for the field organization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative product marketing best practices from both the precision diagnostics industry and adjacent sectors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies within precision diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree required; BS or advanced degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and market data and translate insights into compelling value propositions and commercial strategies.
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles, competitive analysis, and market research methodologies.
  • Experience creating data-driven marketing content and commercial collateral.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
