About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and delivery of MDM strategies and architectures for enterprise clients.
- Assist in the implementation of MDM platforms (e.g. Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG).
- Contribute to data governance deliverables including data dictionaries, data owner frameworks, and policy documentation.
- Map and document master data domains, hierarchies, and entity relationships.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data models.
- Support data quality assessment and cleansing activities within MDM programmes.
- Produce clear documentation and contribute to client-facing presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Foundational to intermediate experience in MDM — understanding of MDM styles (Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralised).
- Exposure to at least one MDM platform (Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica, SAP MDG, or similar).
- Understanding of data governance principles and how they intersect with MDM.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data models and domain hierarchies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialist data consultancy environment.
- Consultancy experience or exposure to multi-client delivery a plus.
