About the role
- Support the founders in day-to-day operations and strategic projects

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Health Management, Digital Health, Business Administration (BWL), IT, or a comparable field
- Interest in digital health, startups, and innovative software solutions
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Confident handling of digital tools and platforms
- Minimum German level: B2
