Account Manager

• The role owns Billd’s supplier channel, acquiring new partner suppliers, deepening relationships, and ensuring the channel delivers on customer acquisition targets.
• Lead negotiations with C-level executives at suppliers and manage all contract obligations.
• Work with Sales Development Reps and Territory Managers to ensure contractor referrals flow through the Billd sales funnel and convert to customers.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to drive contractor referrals from partner suppliers.
• Conduct in-person and virtual demos to activate supplier partnerships.
• Review and manage ongoing supplier deal flow with pipeline reviews with sales and operations.
• Provide product feedback to evolve Billd’s supplier channel.
• Travel approximately 10%.

• The Director of Relationship Management will be responsible for maximizing revenue and customer retention by delivering a world class customer experience.\n• This role is a critical member of our GTM leadership team and will work closely with customer acquisition, deal operations, underwriting, marketing and product teams to ensure that we are delivering on our commitment to customer success.\n• The ideal candidate is obsessed about building a top performing team, exceeding customer expectations, creating systems and processes to maximize their team’s efficiency and testing creative strategies to expand customer relationships.\n• Lead the Relationship Management team to ensure that we are delivering best in class support to our customers and continuing to sell our products to existing customers\n• Inspire and motivate the team to hit and exceed targets of continued sales of our products to existing customers\n• Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction, retention and expansion\n• Define and measure KPIs for the team\n• Own cross functional relationships and ways of working with underwriting, customer acquisition, marketing and product teams to ensure open communication and collaboration\n• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for improvement, drive education and understanding of new features and functionality of the product and product portal\n• Provide regular reporting on key KPIs that roll up to revenue\n• Effectively coach and performance manage team members

Director of Relationship Management

Full-stack Engineer

• As a Staff Full-Stack Developer at Billd, you'll be a pivotal member of our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications that drive our innovative financial and technology products.
• This role requires a highly experienced and enthusiastic developer who is eager to leverage the latest AI development tools to optimize our workflows and enhance our product offerings.
• You'll be instrumental in both front-end and back-end development, working with a diverse tech stack that includes FastAPI, Vue.js, .NET, and Angular.
• A strong understanding of AWS infrastructure will be key to deploying and maintaining our cloud-native solutions.
• This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to code, architecture, and technical strategy, ensuring our systems are performant, secure, and resilient.
• You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, translating business requirements into technical solutions and championing best practices.
• Your ability to "altitude change" – diving deep into technical details while also contributing to strategic discussions – will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
