About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) de produtores e organizadores por segmento
- Identificar oportunidades via redes sociais, eventos do setor, indicações e bases de dados
- Atingir metas mensais de leads qualificados e reuniões agendadas
- Conduzir diagnósticos iniciais para entender as necessidades do produtor/organizador
- Agendar reuniões qualificadas para os Executivos Comerciais
- Manter o CRM atualizado com status, histórico de interações e próximos passos
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ anos de experiência em vendas consultivas B2B
- Leitura e análise de indicadores comerciais
- Qualificação de leads utilizando metodologias como SPIN Selling, BANT ou similares.
- Prospecção outbound (cold call, cold e-mail, WhatsApp e LinkedIn).
- Gestão de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive ou equivalente).
- Graduação completa
