Bookkeeper

• Support Australian Accounting team with data entry, transaction processing, and ledger updates
• Review, code and process supplier invoices accurately to the appropriate general ledger accounts, business units and GST classifications
• Ensure timely payment of approved invoices
• Allocate payments and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Process approved customer refunds in coordination with the Customer Service team
• Respond to internal and external payment queries
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all accounts payable transactions
• Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end close activities and support preparation of financial reports
