About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the group-wide HubSpot migration project
- Coordination of requirements between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering
- Management of the HubSpot agency from briefing through quality assurance
- Oversight of the HubSpot platform, including data quality and process consistency
- Development of a KPI and reporting framework at company and team level
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in a leadership role at the interface of Sales/Marketing Operations and CRM
- Built, migrated, or significantly developed at least one multi-entity HubSpot instance in a responsible role
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects, including managing external agencies or implementation partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes, from lead generation to pipeline management
