About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take over qualified prospects from the Sales Development team or independently identify opportunities and successfully close them
  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — structured, data-driven and with a clear focus on win rate and deal quality
  • You analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions from our multi-benefit portfolio and position them convincingly at the decision-maker level
  • You conduct product demos, manage the proposal process and contract negotiations with confidence and use sales methodologies for accurate CRM documentation
  • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities during the acquisition process and, together with Marketing and Account Management, ensure smooth customer development
  • You actively contribute your best practices to the ongoing development of our Sales Playbook

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS, platform or complex solution sales
  • You are characterized by a hunter mentality and a proven track record of closing deals
  • You navigate complex decision-making processes in a structured and strategically forward-looking way — value- and benefit-oriented at the decision-maker level
  • CRM systems like HubSpot or Dynamics are part of your daily toolkit and KPIs are a real management aid for you
  • You communicate confidently in German (C2), work independently and keep your pipeline under control at all times
