Key responsibilities & impact

Standardization and automation of core IT operations processes in a cloud-only environment (M365, Azure, Intune/UEM)
Planning, implementation and operation of complex M365/Azure configurations (security, RBAC, MFA, IdP, access reviews)
Incident, problem and change management according to ITIL
Handling security incidents related to EDR and M365 Defender
Thorough analysis of complex incidents, documentation and knowledge transfer

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in IT operations within complex system landscapes
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including complex configurations
Proven experience with ITIL-based processes and sustainable incident analysis
Experience in IT security operations (e.g., EDR, Defender, compliance)
Automation skills (scripting, workflows, M365 automation) or initial experience with AI-assisted tools
Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
