About the role
- Take technical responsibility for our Shopware‑based online shop
- Direct the ongoing development of the shop together with the team, keeping budget, schedule and quality in view
- Establish and optimise development standards such as code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD and deployments
- Lead a small development team technically, expand it further and support team members through coaching
- Translate requirements from e‑commerce, marketing and product management into technical concepts
Requirements
- Several years of experience in web and e‑commerce development with PHP, ideally in the Shopware 6 environment
- Object‑oriented PHP development, databases such as MySQL/MariaDB, and REST/SOAP interfaces
- Leadership experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead or Team Lead
- Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
