About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the central interface between executive management and the organization
- Translate strategic goals into concrete, actionable initiatives
- Work closely with the holding company to align strategic direction
- Implement and support company-wide OKRs together with an interdisciplinary team
- Support strategically relevant initiatives
- Guide the organization toward greater performance orientation and a focus on value drivers
- Serve as a trusted sparring partner for the leadership team in change and transformation management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, a private equity or venture capital environment, or in dynamic start-ups
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; initial experience with BI tools is a plus
- Enjoy analytical work and possess strong numerical and process understanding
- Structured, thorough and learning-oriented approach to work
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills
