About the role

  • Support with operational and project-related tasks for our online shop.
  • Operational support in implementing shop adjustments and minor optimizations.
  • Prepare, execute and document tests.
  • Frontend quality assurance.
  • Maintain tickets, backlogs and project-related documentation.
  • Monitor the online shop during day-to-day operations and report any irregularities to the relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Business, Media, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Interest in e‑commerce, webshops and digital products.
  • Structured, careful and reliable working style.
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity for digital tools.
  • Initial experience with shop systems, testing or ticketing systems is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
