About the role
- Planning, implementation and further development of events, collaborations and sponsorship activities
- Organisation of trade shows, festivals and events
- Management of external service providers, venues and partners
- Responsibility for schedules, budgets and smooth operations
- Building and maintaining partnerships with brands and athletes
- Contributing to community and event strategy
- Identifying and analysing new trends and partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the sports, lifestyle or outdoor sectors
- Experience working with collaborations, partnerships or sponsorship projects
- Strong organisational skills, a hands-on mentality and good interpersonal skills
- Pronounced brand awareness and an eye for authentic presentation
- Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel (events, trade shows, community appointments)
- Passion for bikes, sports, outdoor activities or community topics is a major plus
