About the role

  • Planning, implementation and further development of events, collaborations and sponsorship activities
  • Organisation of trade shows, festivals and events
  • Management of external service providers, venues and partners
  • Responsibility for schedules, budgets and smooth operations
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with brands and athletes
  • Contributing to community and event strategy
  • Identifying and analysing new trends and partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the sports, lifestyle or outdoor sectors
  • Experience working with collaborations, partnerships or sponsorship projects
  • Strong organisational skills, a hands-on mentality and good interpersonal skills
  • Pronounced brand awareness and an eye for authentic presentation
  • Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to travel (events, trade shows, community appointments)
  • Passion for bikes, sports, outdoor activities or community topics is a major plus
