About the role
- Recording and verification of incoming invoices
- Substantive goods invoice verification considering purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts
- Clarification of discrepancies and differences in close coordination with Purchasing and Logistics
- Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor (creditor) accounts and master data
- Contributing to the optimization and further development of accounting processes
Requirements
- Ideally, professional experience in accounts payable
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant way of working
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- Good German language skills
