About the role
- Act as the central interface between executive management and the organization, translating strategic objectives into concrete, actionable initiatives
- Work closely with our holding company to align and report on strategic direction
- Introduce company-wide OKRs and support the organization in achieving those goals
- Collaborate with various departments and support strategically relevant initiatives
- Help the organization become more performance-oriented
- Serve as a sparring partner to the leadership team in change and transformation management
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, the private equity or venture capital environment, or a fast-paced start-up
- Very strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Initial experience with BI tools is a plus
- Enjoy analytical work
- Strong numerical and process understanding
- Structured, careful, and learning-oriented working style
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent communication skills and confident presence at different hierarchy levels
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
