About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales activities and revenue responsibility
- Customer support and relationship management: You build trusted customer relationships and provide tailored solutions for individual requirements.
- Proposal and contract negotiations: You prepare compelling proposals and conduct professional pricing and contract negotiations.
- Market and competitor analysis: You proactively identify sales opportunities, market potential and trends.
- Reporting and documentation: Preparing sales and visit reports comes naturally to you.
- Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- Representation and presentations at trade shows, industry events and conferences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
- Relevant vocational training or degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer agreements
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
- Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous for international markets
- Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
- Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
- Sales mindset: motivated, structured, independent, customer-oriented, result- and solution-focused, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
