About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for the development, functional administration and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support commercial performance. They work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and IT teams to design efficient processes, improve user experience and ensure CRM data quality.
  • As a true partner to the business teams, they lead Salesforce enhancement projects, ensure platform governance and contribute to building a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization.

  • Gather, analyze and prioritize business team requirements.
  • Manage Salesforce enhancement projects from scoping to deployment.
  • Write functional specifications and coordinate development with technical teams or partners.
  • Organize testing phases, go-live and change management activities.
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets and deliverable quality are met.
  • Sales Operations & Process Optimization
  • Optimize commercial processes (Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Forecast, Pipeline Management).
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce features (Flow, Validation Rules, Approvals, etc.).
  • Support sales teams in adopting new features.
  • Propose improvements to processes and tools.
  • CRM Governance & Data
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of CRM data.
  • Define and enforce data governance rules.
  • Oversee user management, profiles, roles and access rights.
  • Maintain functional documentation and Salesforce best practices.
  • Reporting & Commercial Performance
  • Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Define commercial KPIs in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Produce analyses to identify levers for performance improvement.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting exercises and pipeline management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (engineering school, business school or Master’s in Information Systems).
  • 4 to 7 years of experience with Salesforce, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in CRM project management and supporting commercial teams.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations is highly valued.
  • Strong command of Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Flow, reporting and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of commercial processes and the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or Looker) appreciated.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
