About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the general accounting for the group's entities (bank, various operations, fixed assets, foreign exchange differences, exceptional items, etc.)
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closings (account reconciliations and matching, adjustments, provisions, month-end journal entries)
Prepare tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, TVS, CVAE, etc.)
Prepare financial statements and tax packages in coordination with the manager
Enter bank transactions, perform bank reconciliations, review trial balance/general ledger
Contribute to improving accounting procedures and ensuring compliance with legal obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bac+2/3 (BTS, DUT, DCG, etc.) in accounting/finance or management
At least 5 years' experience as a company accountant or 3 years in an accounting firm
Proficient with IT tools and accounting software (notably Oracle NetSuite)
Good knowledge of the services sector; experience in a communications agency is a plus
Proficient in French accounting standards (PCG, ANC 2022) and tax regulations
Accuracy, strong organizational skills, autonomy and a sense of confidentiality
Adaptability, team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
