About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and creating editorial calendars
Developing the editorial schedule in line with the group’s editorial guidelines
Ensuring updates according to current events
Writing and publishing posts on social media
Creating illustrations, images, and videos
Tracking performance
Collaborating with the HR/CSR team to define joint actions to implement
Participating in editorial calendar planning
Participating in planning and coordinating the logistics of internal and external events
Assisting with communications and managing invitations for participants
Supporting the preparation of materials and the setup of event spaces
Creating and managing email campaigns
Sending event invitations
Updating content
Monitoring KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently a student at a business or communications school and seeking a one-year work-study placement as part of your Master’s (M2)
You are passionate about digital, social media, communication, and marketing
You have prior experience in Communication & Marketing
You are curious, creative and enjoy writing
