About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
  • Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends
  • Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience
  • Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth
  • Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
  • Suggest out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to address customer needs and unlock value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have around 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with regular stakeholder interactions in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment environments
  • You have a native level of French and professional working proficiency in English
  • You are willing to grow and are eager to build a strong understanding of the logistics market
  • You are comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights during business reviews
  • You are comfortable using advanced Excel
  • You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are analytical and able to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Can solve complex problems and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking (growing with experience)
  • Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Are proactive, autonomous, and adaptable
