About the role

  • Develop and maintain efficient, robust algorithms that significantly improve our warehouse operations.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across our WMS algorithms.
  • Align with stakeholders on operational feasibility and discuss trade-offs.
  • Collect feedback, measure performance, and iterate based on real-world results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing and applying optimization algorithms, or a PhD focused on applied optimization (e.g., Operations Research, Control Theory, Simulation, etc.)
  • Proficient in software engineering tools and practices (IDE, Git, testing, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Solid foundations in algorithms, optimization theory, and their practical limits
