About the role
- Investigate merchants’ issues, find solutions, and ensure operations run smoothly
- Capture and prioritize feedback from users to help shape the product roadmap
- Troubleshoot problems alongside engineers and ensure fixes are delivered quickly
- Support product launches with documentation, training, and communication for merchant adoption
- Analyze product usage to uncover opportunities that drive adoption and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (product managers, engineers, operations, warehouses) to ensure best product experience
- Absorb complexity, stay close to merchants and warehouse operators, and ensure releases improve reliability and experience
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school or top-tier business school
- Eager to learn and discover new technologies
- Ability to embrace complexity and dig deep into systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and summarising skills; strong communicator across teams
- Strong English & French communication skills (written & oral)
- Bonus: past cross-functional work experience in technology, support or operations
- Bonus: experience with software engineering/programming or software tools (inspector, Google Cloud logs, Postman)
- Bonus: ability to analyze product data and manipulate databases (SQL)
