About the role
- Concept and develop themed in-game content, including outfits, decor, furniture, and other items.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable instructions for cross-functional teams.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools to support brainstorming, generate visual references, and explore concepts.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to maintain theme cohesion and ensure content is polished and player-focused.
- Contribute to a fast-paced content schedule by applying strong attention to detail in all aspects of content planning and design.
- Design content with player engagement and commercial appeal in mind, providing context for how it can be featured or promoted in-game.
Requirements
- Strong creative instincts and ability to generate original, engaging ideas.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana (Gemini), Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Passion for fashion, interior design, and visual storytelling.
- Clear, concise written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with MMOs, online games, or live-ops game systems.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bonus points if you've got:
- Professional experience in marketing, product, or analytics.
