Sales Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up
- Track leads and opportunities through the sales process
- Maintain CRM records and keep pipeline data current
- Schedule sales calls, venue tours, and client meetings
- Assist with proposal preparation and client communications
- Research prospective clients, companies, and event opportunities
- Coordinate follow-up tasks and sales activities
- Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure no sales opportunities fall through the cracks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 3 years proven experience in a sales-focused role
- Strong Sales and/or Vendor Relationship background
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
