About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical assistance in the design, application, installation and troubleshooting of the Business Unit's products
- Recommend materials and design solutions based on customers' specific requirements
- Provide technical support to field sales teams on electrical, mechanical and production-related issues
- Provide post-sale technical support, including farm visits to assist with mechanical or electrical installations
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering, Sales Support and After-Sales departments to resolve technical issues related to equipment operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or technical training in engineering or related fields is preferred
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Spanish and/or English
