Sales Manager – Pay-by-Use Solution for Egg & Poultry
Big Dutchman AGSales Manager focusing on MultiVacc sales in the agriculture sector. Collaborating on customer contracts and executing the sales process in a high-tech farming environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the MultiVacc sales process end-to-end: from a qualified opportunity to an active customer contract
- Collaborate with the Egg and Poultry sales teams: take over leads, structure them, and convert them into concrete offers
- Execute the pay-by-use model operationally: clear quoting logic, defined item/code numbers, and clean commercial processing
- Act as the central point of contact for customers: clarify commercial topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO as needed
- Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and help build the foundation for later global scaling.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the agriculture or livestock sector (Egg/Poultry is a plus)
- Relevant professional background in veterinary medicine (poultry), animal husbandry/livestock sciences, agriculture—or comparable hands-on expertise
- Ability to explain complex solutions and commercial models clearly and negotiate confidently
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Additional languages are welcome (e.g., Dutch, Romanian, Polish).
