About the role
- Prepare detailed Technical Master Plan (TMP) and civil work drawing (CWD)
- Utilize 2D CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) to create and modify 2D models of buildings and structural components
- Coordinate with stakeholders, sales, engineers, procurement, equipment, project team and other relevant parties involved in the construction project
- Communicate effectively to address any modification, resolve issues, and ensure that the drawings align with the overall project objectives
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders or changes
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations and industry standards
- Ensure quality and on time of all deliverables
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, diploma in drafting or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 6–10-year experience as a drafter in building or in the related field
- AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of Steel Building with architectural finishes or building materials will be added advantage
- Familiar in steel structure detailing in light gauge steel structure will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
