About the role
- Responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering international customer projects in the area of housing technology, automation and feeding systems
- Creating project and schedule plans, cost estimates and resource plans
- Coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders (e.g. engineering, procurement, logistics, supervisors, installation companies, customers)
- Ensuring technical feasibility and monitoring quality, schedule and budget requirements
- Conducting regular project meetings and preparing status and progress reports (internal and external)
- Supporting commissioning, acceptance tests and the final handover of projects to the customer
Requirements
- Technical or agricultural vocational training or a related degree
- Strong technical affinity and good spatial visualization skills
- High resilience and flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–40%)
- Independent, structured working style and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication skills, confident presence and intercultural competence
- Ideally, product knowledge in animal husbandry
- Very good written and spoken English
