About the role

  • Responsible for order processing by checking orders for commercial and technical accuracy
  • Entering orders and coordinating with the relevant internal interfaces
  • Supporting international sales in preparing quotes in close cooperation with the technical department
  • Verifying on-time availability of items and components for all managed orders in coordination with suppliers and purchasing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in IT-supported work and in interacting with internal customers (sales representatives), suppliers and other functional areas
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Assertiveness, a commercial mindset and strong communication skills
