About the role
- Support our sales and service partners as well as direct customers in the area of spare parts and maintenance in the South Eastern Europe region
- Sales of maintenance services, system upgrades and spare parts
- Technical consulting on system upgrades and measures to preserve value and increase efficiency
- Training of customers and service partners (at the training center at the head office location Vechta-Calveslage as well as on site)
Requirements
- Technical vocational training, master craftsman qualification, or equivalent education
- Experience in customer service, ideally in agricultural machinery or plant engineering
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- High willingness to travel within South Eastern Europe
- Good written and spoken English; additional languages from the assigned region are desirable
