About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of all project phases
  • Be accountable for overall quality, commitments, schedule adherence and budget compliance for projects and ongoing support activities
  • Effectively manage project governance, risks, change, negotiations, communications and project setbacks
  • Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, define execution sequence, and determine resources and interdependencies
  • Work with team members to set estimates and identify the appropriate resources
  • Participate in the sales process
  • Analyze current business processes and define new processes that will improve the client’s operational efficiency
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users
  • Prepare and review project documentation: business processes, user guides, test plans, system documentation, procedures and framework definitions
  • Design and update training materials and deliver training to key client staff
  • Act as a facilitator and participate in implementing organizational changes
  • Estimate costs and effort required to deliver large, complex projects
  • Earn the client’s trust and build relationships that extend beyond the project lifecycle
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Manage and resolve issues while providing outstanding customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/software engineering, computer science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of one to three years’ experience in a similar role (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Strong understanding of business process concepts (required)
  • IT experience (required)
  • Proven ability to multitask while demonstrating initiative and creativity
  • Leadership skills and experience managing project teams
  • Experience with at least one ERP, CRM or e‑commerce platform
