About the role

  • Run creative growth campaigns that cut through the noise
  • Produce visual-first content using AI tools and our product (short-form video, graphics)
  • Direct and produce video content with external partners
  • Engage with robotics research community and develop relationships and partnerships
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and to scale output
  • Own and grow social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, newsletters, podcasts)
  • Own content calendar and ship consistently with speed and originality
  • Turn product, customer, and internal insights into compelling narratives
  • Experiment fast, double down on what works, and iterate constantly

Requirements

  • 0–3 years in growth, marketing, content, or similar
  • Keen to leverage the latest AI tools to automate your workflows
  • Strong creative instincts and sense of what captures attention
  • Comfortable on camera and producing video end-to-end
  • Organized but fast-moving and flexible
  • Deeply online/X/Twitter and excited to experiment with social channels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
  • Extrovert
