About the role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and securing exceptional talent.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for leadership and central function roles.
- Partner with senior leaders, people business partners, and hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and workforce planning strategies.
- Leverage market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs and shape attraction strategies.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and drive initiatives to diversify our workforce.
- Reduce agency reliance through strong direct sourcing and employer brand visibility.
- Represent us at career fairs, universities, and professional events to attract the best talent.
- Coach and upskill hiring managers in effective and inclusive recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- A track record of embedding inclusive recruitment practices and building diverse teams.
- Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tech, and recruitment marketing tools.
