Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing a variety of employee relations cases, including complex ones
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and business change processes (e.g., TUPE)
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
