Key responsibilities & impact

Support the product vision and help deliver the D365 F&O roadmap
Work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering and external partners to improve, standardise and enhance ERP processes
Contribute to the D365 F&O product roadmap and ongoing prioritisation
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear objectives and deliverables
Support cross‑functional discovery, backlog refinement and planning activities
Help maintain governance, quality and platform standards
Mix of BAU change, enhancements and project work to ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable and aligned with business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Good understanding of Finance and/or Manufacturing ERP processes
Experience working on cross‑functional technology or change initiatives
Confidence working with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage priorities
An organised, delivery‑focused mindset with good analytical skills
Experience with integrations, Power Platform, Azure services or Agile ways of working would be an advantage, but is not essential.
