About the role

  • Manage, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver profitable revenue growth for the SME division
  • Manage the sales process through lead generation, sales presentations, proposal solutions, negotiation, close, and handover to the operations team
  • Create and present tailored commercial offerings to potential clients
  • Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Report calls, leads, quotes and contract activity onto the Company Operating System
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance
  • Liaise regularly with Depot Manager and Regional General Manager to determine roll out sales offensives within region

Requirements

  • Proven record of delivering new business sales and generating a sales pipeline
  • Existing network of business contacts and strong understanding of how to conduct market research
  • Confident using business software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
