About the role
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware, software, and networking equipment
- Log, prioritise, and resolve or escalate IT tickets within SLA
- Travel to sites when remote resolution isn’t possible
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, servers, printers, networking)
- Track and manage IT assets, shipments, and service records
- Proactively manage outstanding tickets and keep users updated
- Support projects, escalations, and team coordination as needed
- Interact directly with end users, providing timely and effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous IT field service/support experience
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, ITSM tools, and hardware break-fix
- Familiarity with networking equipment and patching
- Strong technical expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware, software, and networking equipment
- Customer service skills and ability to work independently
