About the role
- Supervise the administration team at Hinkley Point C, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company policies
- Oversee site administration, weighbridge operations, and record-keeping
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors and champion customer service excellence
- Support safe, compliant, efficient, and profitable operations for the Sizewell C waste management contract
- Oversee day-to-day administration tasks as directed by the Commercial Manager
- Lead and manage the performance of the administration team
- Manage weighbridge operations and produce required reports for clients, contractors, and the company
- Check and process supplier invoices accurately and maintain clear records
- Maintain and update customer data, handle inbound enquiries, and manage the NNB document control system "Teamcentre"
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within logistics or waste management
- Strong people management and health & safety leadership skills
- Track record of meeting service delivery KPIs and producing MI reports with trend analysis
- Knowledge of waste industry laws, environmental and health & safety legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and extracting data from BI reports
- Full driving licence
- IOSH General Certificate (or willingness to achieve)
