Support the Account Management team with day-to-day running of small to medium-sized and corporate client accounts within the Specialist Waste Recycling (SWR) team
Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and implement client initiatives
Act as a key point of contact for client requests, data reporting, and operational escalations
Support Account Managers with client retention, growth opportunities, and tender processes
Oversee purchase order management and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring service levels and promoting a client-first culture
Produce regular and ad hoc reports, providing insight to support commercial and compliance functions
Requirements
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a corporate environment
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Ability to interpret and report on client data, KPIs, and SLA performance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI is desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Experience in the waste management or environmental services sector is desirable
