About the role
- **Your core responsibilities.**
- **Frameworks (c. 70%)**
- - Deliver accurate framework reports, compliance returns, and rebate claims using advanced Excel skills.
- - Manage framework portals, ensuring timely uploads, updates, and compliance completion.
- - Act as the main contact for framework bodies, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- - Monitor compliance with framework and Procurement Act requirements, maintaining audit readiness.
- - Track KPIs, identify new opportunities, and promote company success within framework networks.
- **Sales & Bid Support (c. 30%)**
- - Coordinate sales and bid activities, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- - Provide admin support for documents, data, and shared records.
- - Manage sales and bid inboxes, assisting with tenders, proposals, and pipeline tracking.
Requirements

- - Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reporting.
- - Experienced in managing online portals and reporting systems.
- - Strong organisation and time management, able to handle multiple priorities.
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- - High attention to detail with experience in frameworks, bids, or compliance (desirable).
